High-Efficiency Fluidized Dryer

Main usage: this unit is applied for the drying of granule materials in the industries of pharmacy, chemical and foodstuff, as well as for the drying of powders or viscous substance and thermal sensitive materials for multiple kinds of drying functions.



Specialities:

1) B using hot air flow, the powders or wet and viscous materials are forced in floating

and fluidized state, which can be heated quickly. Meanwhile, the water content

inside of the target materials can be vaporized and brought out with hot air

flow. The drying speed is accelerated under harmonized temperature

2) Material barrel of dryer is pushed up by air cylinder with simple structure, easy

operating, and reliable sealing

3) The material barrel is equipped by stirrer, and the special air-distribution-plates

without any dead angle inside. The finished material is discharged by turning over

the bottom plate, which dump and cleansing become fast and more convenient.
